Not a Class, a Practice
Yoga therapy is one to one. Your therapist builds a short sequence around your body, your sleep and your stress levels, then adjusts it week by week as those things change.
The nervous system responds to breath and movement faster than it responds to reasoning. Slow breathing, supported postures and deliberate rest tell a braced body that the emergency is over.
Nothing here asks for flexibility, fitness or a mat you have used before. Walls, chairs and cushions are used freely, and ten minutes you will actually repeat beats an hour you will not.
What It Helps With
People come for the body, for the mind, or more often for some tangle of the two.

A Busy Mind
Thoughts that will not slow at night, and a body that stays switched on with them.

Neck and Back Tension
Stiffness from desks, phones and stress that stretching alone has not shifted.

Poor Sleep
Trouble dropping off, or waking at three with everything already running.

Shallow Breathing
Tightness in the chest and quick, high breaths that keep the body braced.

Low Energy
Tiredness that rest does not fix, and that hard exercise only makes worse.

Recovery and Pregnancy
Supervised, gentle practice during pregnancy or while returning after illness.
What a Session Includes
Each session mixes these around the energy you arrived with, rather than following a fixed syllabus.

Asana, Adapted to You
Postures modified for your body using chairs, walls and props, so nothing is forced and nothing has to look like a photograph.

Pranayama and Breathwork
Simple breathing practices that lower the heart rate and give you something usable in a hard meeting or a sleepless hour.

Yoga Nidra and Deep Rest
Guided deep relaxation for people who cannot switch off, often the most useful twenty minutes of the week.

A Practice to Keep
A short home sequence, recorded for you, built around the time you actually have rather than the time you wish you had.
